April 20. Herberger Theater Center, 3 PM & 7 PM

Bronzeworks and Scottsdale Handbell Ensemble, two contemporary handbell groups from Desert Bells International, will perform a variety of musical literature, from classical to pop, from sacred to jazz!  These two groups will be ringing bells from Great Britain, Holland and the United States. This concert will be a colorful collection of sound, with bells from around the world.

April 18 - 20. East meets West at the Annual Arizona Asian Festival. This free festival features ethnic cuisine, arts and crafts, and such diverse entertainment as martial arts demonstrations, cultural dances and music from nearly a dozen Asian countries. Highlights also include Japanese Taiko drums, a Chinese orchestral performance and a fashion show with traditional Asian costumes. The Arizona Asian Festival also presents a Children's Wonderland, filled with arts and craft activities for kids.
