"A Vibrant Urban Core - The Downtown Vision Quickly Becoming A Reality”

Valley Partnership, the advocate for responsible development, will be featuring a discussion about the changing landscape of downtown Phoenix and the urban framework that supports major new developments such as Jackson Street and CityScape.  Panelists include Michael Hallmark, partner in Jackson Street Entertainment District, LLC; Keith Earnest, vice president of development for RED Development; and Don Keuth, president of Phoenix Community Alliance.  The panel will appear at the Valley Partnership Monthly Friday Morning Breakfast, Friday, February 29 from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. Updates on the Downtown Phoenix Urban Form Project will be provided along with discussion about what makes a city great, the real urbanization of Phoenix, sustainable lifestyle principles and the anticipated economic impact of the projects.Cost:  Non-member – $50 ($60, after February 26)
         Member – $40 ($50, after February 26)
