Chris Charles

A long-time Suns fan ("first time writer"), Charles started following the team after moving to Phoenix in the mid-80's when they still played their home games at the Madhouse on McDowell. As a season ticket holder for many years, he's seen first-hand the exciting eras of Suns basketball, including the KJ/Chambers turnaround in the late 80's, the Barkley-led run to the finals in the early 90's, and the run of success led by Steve Nash in the mid- to late 00's. He offers an insightful, objective fan's perspective of the hometown team. PHX sculpture image courtesy of Michael Levine.
