Building Phoenix TV Show to highlight transformation of Hanny's
October 28, 2008 by Lyle Plocher comments (1)An all-new episode of the award-winning Building Phoenix Show premieres at 8 p.m. Wednesday, October 29, on PHX 11, the city’s news and information station available to Cox and Qwest Cable subscribers.
This newest episode features a look inside the 14,000-square-foot home Diamondbacks first baseman Tony Clark is building for his family in Northwest Phoenix; the transformation of the historic Hanny’s clothing store in downtown Phoenix into a new bar/restaurant by the guy behind AZ88 in Scottsdale; and the new plan the Downtown Phoenix Public Market has to grow its mission – making locally-sourced foods available six days a week. Also featured is a look at how the Development Services Department helps ensure Chase Field is safe for America’s Favorite Pastime.
