ASU's Downtown Health Center will be hosting a presentation on effective sleeping, called "Wind Down, Sleep Well".

Ken Wysocki, a clinical assistant professor and family nurse practitioner at the ASU Health Center on the Downtown Campus, will be presenting the lecture on October 15th from 12:15 p.m to 12:45 p.m.

The presentation will be held at the University Center on the Downtown Campus in Room 107. The address is 411 N. Central Ave. for those unfamiliar with the area.

There is no RSVP necessary, and there is no cost to attend the lecture. Those attending the lecture can bring their lunch if desired.
