World Water Festival

Go there anytime, or check out the World Water Festival on Saturday, October 18th from 9 AM to 1 PM. The event is free.
Join Rio Salado Rangers and CH2MHILL as we have fun with a purpose! Help us celebrate the anniversary of the Clean Water Act. This family, fun, free day will feature hands-on activities on water quality, watersheds, ground water, recycling, aquatic insects, critters, hikes, magician, games, and all around fun! Girl Scouts come and earn your Water Drop Patch, Boy Scouts work on Merit Badges. Presentations will be done by Project Wet, H2OMagic, Adobe Wildlife, SRP, Watermill Express, and Phoenix Public Works.
The Rio Salado Habitat Restoration Area, stretches along five miles of the Salt River just south of downtown Phoenix. Once a dump site, the area is now a lush riparian corridor with five miles of paved and dirt trails dotted with unique design and user features.
