Downtown Phoenix gets a new Event Center

A historically designated building at 441 W Madison in South Downtown Phoenix is being transformed into an Event Center. Malcolm and Pearle Marrs who own the building and operated a business at the property for nearly forty years are turning the 12,000 sq ft, single story, brick building into an Event Center.

i have coveted this building every time i drive by it. i am so glad to know that one day i will be able to set foot in it!
I have thrown an event at this center before and it was great. I am there almost every weekend and I am always looking forward to the new set-ups. As a professional photographer, I can safely say that this center offers a vast variety and extremely versitile set up for whatever your event may be. Centrally located in downtown Phoenix, its not too far away, plenty of parking, can entertain many guests... what more could you ask for???
