You can enjoy good Mexican Food and the music of Mariachi's every Sunday at The Matador in Downtown Phoenix from 10 AM to 1 PM.  The Matador is located at 125 E Adams.  I have not been there myself yet on a Sunday but plan to check it out.  If you have been there, let us know how it was.
