Jahna Berry with The Arizona Republic, reported yesterday on her Blog that the Hyatt Regency in Downtown Phoenix has been sold to a Los Angeles based Company.  The new owners plan to spend some bucks to upgrade the 696 Room Downtown Phoenix Icon, home of the revolving roof top Compass restaurant.
