Retail Space in Copper Square

Earlier
this month Downtown Phoenix Partnership CEO David Roderique and
Director of Economic Development Dan Klocke attended the International
Council of Shopping Centers Global ReCon Convention in Las Vegas
looking to attract retailers to downtown. The ICSC Convention is the
largest gathering of retailers in the world with over 50,000 attendees. Despite
having over 30 restaurants and retail businesses open during the height
of light-rail construction, Copper Square has a variety of spaces
available and under construction. Demand for spaces along the
light-rail alignment has increased and projects currently under
development will add another 300,000 square feet of retail space to the
downtown inventory. In Copper Square, the following properties have
available retail space:

  • Arizona Center

  • Orpheum Lofts

  • The Hub Building

  • Phelps Dodge Tower

  • 111 West Monroe

  • U.S. Bank Tower

  • Summit at Copper Square

  • Security Building

  • Public Transit Building

  • Phoenix Convention Center

  • Luhrs Tower and Office Building

  • CityScape

The Downtown Phoenix Partnership is
currently working to fill these spaces. For more information on
bringing a retail business to Downtown Phoenix, please contact Dan
Klocke at 602-744-6408 or by email at dklocke@downtownphx.org.
