I'm really impressed with what I've seen over the past few months. The campus buildings, combined with the artsy developments immediately to the north, are making the area of north of Van Buren into one of the most interesting walkable neigbbothoods in the city. In the next few months, we should see new Jamaican and Japanese restaurants, as well as a permanent structure for the Downtown Public Market, all in the same general area as the ASU campus.
