Next Monday, January 21st, is Martin Luther King Jr. Day and for those of you who like to acknowledge it and participate in a gathering, there will be a March. 

Assemble at 9 a.m. at Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church, 1401 East Jefferson Street. Festival at 10 a.m. at Margaret T Hance Park near the Central Phoenix Library.

In addition to the March, The Arizona Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration Committee hosts a series of events during the month of January to recognize the birthday and the contributions of Dr. King.  The events begin on the 14th and culminate on the 29th.  check those out
