"What Matters Most for Weight-Loss:  Exploring the
Effects of Exercise and Eating Habits"

What's important when you are trying to lose weight - is it exercise and diet? Or are there certain practices that
guarantee weight-loss success?  Wellness expert Karen Danner will answer these questions and have weight-loss
tips that can be applied right now.  You'll understand which lifestyle choices will help you release unhealthy weight
and others that will condition you for optimal health.

About the Speaker
Karen S. Danner has been described as an inspiring and gifted lecturer, wellness coach and author.  She is the Founder
of Love Yourself Well, a wellness education and promotion company, and is an advocate of living well and living from
the heart. Movement is at the core of her message.

Karen is adjunct faculty at Arizona State University in addition to other higher education entities.  She has appeared on television stations across the U.S. as well as local and national radio, helping thousands to express and live in a state of greater well-being.

Ms. Danner is the author of Life Moves, an exercise lifestyle integration book, which helps to create depth around
exercise. She actively campaigns to create awareness around individual wellness and the evolvement of the human condition.
